A breezy pet friendly 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home with a sparking pool, undercover outdoor dining area with BBQ, TV and lots of room to relax.
Spacious living areas with a workstation for those who wish to WFH. Free Wi-fi that powers a large smart tv in the main living area.
This wonderful house is positioned closely to both the mighty Murray and Campaspe rivers, with bike and walking tracks in the immediate vicinity. The Echuca golf course is within walking distance, together with the main town a short driving distance away which proudly hosts historic adventures, galleries, high class eateries and entertainment.
Pets are permitted in the rear of the house but are prohibited in the front room and adjoining bedrooms. Strictly no smoking, parties or glass in pool area.

The house was clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.The property was set amongst a well maintained attractive garden with a lovely pool in a quiet location.A large outdoor entertainment area was an added bonus( seating for 8 a flat screen tv and large bb)We can recommend this property to couples and larger groups without hesitation
