Covered boat parking for the serious fisherman. 45 minutes to Paducah KY and 90 minutes to Nashville TN. Less than an hour from bourbon tasting, local wineries and quaint historic local towns. Leave the door key on the kitchen counter and lock the doors on your way out. We reserve the right to charge your credit card $175.00 for a lost or misplaced key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please clean up after yourself. We reserve the right to charge your credit card $200.00 for additional cleaning. We will wash all bedding and towels
Please read the complete list of house rules located in the white binder on the kitchen counter and near the front door.
Please turn off lights and fans when not home. Raise thermostat in summer to 78 and lower heat to 67 when going out.

Great place to stay at the lake

Perfect property to stay at for a long weekend. Super comfy beds, very clean, and spacious. Driveway can fit F250 with 30 ft boat nicely. Owner responded very quickly. Will definitely be staying here again.
