This bright, corner unit condo features a private entrance and easy ground-floor access. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed, full bathroom with tub/shower, and a cozy seating area with a smart TV. The convenient kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic dishware for light cooking. Enjoy partial river views from your window and take advantage of on-site amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a deck to soak in the fresh coastal air.
Step outside and stroll down to the riverside dock, available for guest use—perfect for a morning coffee, launching your kayak, fishing, or simply enjoying the view.
