Hidden gem!

If there was something higher, than the best review I would give it! Loved staying in Leith. Easy access into city center and perfect for coming back to you at the end of the day finding dinner and walking along the water.

Our stay at 3 John's Place was great. The Whalebone room was spacious and tidy, with a great view of the street and park. Amanda was super attentive and helpful via text and made our stay easy. She helped with an early check-in when we arrived earlier than expected and helped with storing our luggage on our depature day so we could explore more of the city before our flight. If/when we go back to Edinburgh we'll definitely look to book again!

Whilst this is a pleasant enough hotel, our stay was spoiled by a TV that had no channels, a shower with a blocked drain causing flooding and a duvet that would have been perfect in the depth of winter but not during the height of summer.
