Great location. Clean, comfortable room. Busy hotel but the staff was friendly. My room was on a higher floor but then I had to walk down a few stairs with a heavy suitcase to get to my room. I wish the front desk had warned me or given me the option of a room without stairs.

Couldn't fault our stay at all

Great location, easy access to off-site parking. Central to all tourist and shopping locations, and the train station. Very nice bar on-site, with a good spa and swimming pool. Very peaceful for the central location. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Overall it was a great location. However the bottom of the shower was covered mildew so made it smell. The bar had a great drink selection with wonderful staff. If the mildew wasn’t an issue, I’d give this hotel a 10 out of 10.

Our experience at Apex Waterloo was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and courteous, making us feel welcome the moment we arrived. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and even though we got there a bit early, the front desk team kindly offered to store our luggage so we could start exploring the city right away. One unexpected but delightful surprise was the large bathtub in our room — the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Room service exceeded our expectations as well, with delicious meals delivered promptly. I truly can't say enough good things about the team at Apex Waterloo. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we will absolutely be returning on our next visit!
