This was our third time here and it was excellent as always. Caitlin looked after us at check in and checkout and she was lovely - very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great and the rest of the team were too.

This is our second stay here. Very clean, very comfortable and views over dean village are lovely. Location and transport links are excellent. Breakfast is a bit chaotic but everything else so good it wouldn’t put us off staying here again.

Here are the not-so-great things about our stay: - The receptionists were super cold and unfriendly. It felt like we were invisible. - The entire flat was spotless, but they didn’t even have a single water tap for hot and cold water. The tap was old and rusty, making it a pain to wash. - There was no fridge in the room to keep our stuff. - They didn’t provide slippers, even though we asked for it. - The breakfast was terrible, especially the coffee. - The lift was tiny and barely fit two people. Here are some great things about the place: - The building was super cozy and inviting. - There’s a lovely library where you can relax and read a book. - Upper rooms have a great view of Dean village.

Beautiful room, clean spacious and with an amazing view. The staff was incredible kind and helpful. The only down point was the shower with very low pressure and the furniture seems in need of a refresher, but I would definitely come back and I enjoyed my stay. Thank you !

Amazing hotel that’s just a short walk away from dean village and a 15 min walk away from everything else. Breakfast was good and room was clean. Only downside was that the room smelt of damp for the first few days we stayed in it.

The staff is really personable. The breakfast is good and has a lot of options. They even made me a takeaway toastie for my 6:15am departure. The building has great views and the heat is really good. I'd say it is also a very good value. I hope to visit again.

Beautiful building, staff were friendly , professional and very helpful. Only one small downside was the lift was out of use on our last day and room on 3rd floor. Will definitely return but perhaps make sure our room on floor 1 or 2 , quite a climb when you in 70 ‘so
