We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! The hotel was very communicative and gave us timely pre-arrival information. Check in and out was efficient. It was a prime location right next to everything, including the tram. The property was extremely clean. We will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

The room was surprisingly comfortable and had everything you need. When we checked in, Tom was absolutely amazing. Friendly and welcoming. (Tom, if you ever visit Canada, please remember to go to Banff, Lake Louise, the Rockies, but also New Brunswick/ Nova Scotia; thank you for everything!) Our room had a view of the castle which was such a great add to an amazing stay. We are on our 40th wedding anniversary and it was just perfect!
