Handy walk to departure terminal at airport Hotel check in was very slow. receptionist ? trainee but seemed unsure of procedure. I am now awaiting my credit card statement as I am totally unsure if payment was taken more than once by what appeared to be muddle ups. It requires more reception staff at busy times

Friendly staff and the food has improved since the last visit. The only disappointment is that 10am seems early to stop serving breakfast. There were people appearing well after 10am looking for breakfast, 11am would be a more sensible time to end breakfast

Don’t think we would stay again

Stayed here 1 night reception were very quick at check in didn’t explain hotel my husband got food at restaurant to bring up to room he had to me and my son who is 9 to come down and help him no one offered to help they still got order wrong plus earlier on that day we ordered pizza and nacho as just for salsa and cheese but the server didn’t know wat it gone with spending a lot of money on the one night plus another £100 on food for not a gd service and no one helping for a company this big

Very convenient! An easy walk from the airport terminal, the hotel provided us with a comfortable first night in Scotland after a long flight and before picking up our rental car the next morning (also an easy walk to the rental car center). Limited but sufficient bar menu for the evening meal and a good breakfast buffet in the morning. Aside from extremely slow elevators/lifts, absolutely no complaints.

Was clean and so close to airport. But parking was £15 on top of the rate for the night and the TV didn't work in room. Would not usually complain about TV but for the price for the night, we should have been been able to watch a bit of TV.

Very good if you want to be close to airport

Perfect for what we wanted- to be near the airport for early flight. Clean, good service and food was very fresh with reasonable range on offer
