I stayed a premium room and was impressed with the room. The linens (specifically the towels and robe) were very rough. The location is perfect, walkable to most everything you want to see in the area and close so many dining and pub options!

Perfectly located close to the Royal Mile. There was an issue with my room and initially the lady who checked me in said there were no more twin rooms. I then spoke to a different person and she resolved the issue immediately

Staff was terrific! Great location! However, windows were sealed closed and could not get fan to work properly. A staff member adjusted it and it was ok for a short while. Very warm, stuffy in room. No air circulation.

The location was perfect, 2 blocks down from the Royal Mile!! Rooms were clean, the staff were absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay in a double room on the 8th floor which was very quiet. Didn't choose the full breakfast option but walking distance to coffee shops for light breakfast. Room very clean & comfortable. Only reason for overall rating of 4 stars is, like most hotel rooms, it got a bit stuffy & we were unable to open window (even if limited to open slightly would be a bonus). Would be so nice to get fresh air in. They are installing aircon which should be working soon

Great location - just off Royal Mile and walkable to most sites in Edinburgh! Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Hotel was very clean however it lacked amenities that would make it more comfortable for a long stay
