hotel was really nice, we arrived quite late and were told that we could not get any drinks or sandwiches from what we were told was a 24hr service from the pre made cooler located in the lobby. evening staff were not nice to deal with.

Terrible check in experience. Arrived at 3.15pm, 15 minutes after check in opened to find a queue. Then queued for 30 minutes and was then told our room had not been cleaned yet and had to wait in reception for another 30minutes. We had a tight schedule and missed meeting up with friends before an ecent brcause if the check in delay. Another couple in the queue in fro t if us were allocated a room byt cam back to reception as the room alloxated to them was still dirty and had not been cleaned. Very poor service.

This hotel was overpriced and although it is an airport hotel it has no shuttle to the airport. The walk with your luggage is over very poor sidewalks that are in terrible shape and there are no crosswalks to get to the airport.

The hotel accommodations checked the box, no more. Room small, the bathroom even smaller (1 person at a time), didn't have any cabinets, and minimal shelves. No telephone in room to call the front desk. It was clean and quiet, but lacked anything else; simply functional.

checkin was a faf and took far too long not sure how many keys you need to oush on a computer to check someone in that has already prepaid and booked but its far to many in this hotel. room was absolutely tiny, toilet even more so. rooms are warn, stains on the curtains. its close to the airport and somewhere to lay your head but thats about it. room had ac thank goodness. dont expect too much.
