Whole experience was wonderful from arrival to departure. Room gave a unique but very comfortable experience and food albeit Bed & Breakfast was 1st class. Superb lunch and dinner venues are literally right outside whilst the service and choice in the bar in board were excellent. Been there a few times now and will our my place to go to when in Edinburgh from now on. The tram stop is about 3 mins walk and takes directly to city centre or airport. Could not ask for more. From the welcome until departure, absolutely faultless. Rooms spacious and spotless, breakfast first class, staff warm and friendly with nothing too much trouble. With this and the location makes this the perfect spot to explore Edinburgh and the surrounding area. Easy access by tram direct from the airport or station(s) and some fantastic restaurants in touching distance.

This hotel is converted from a ship, which makes it really unique! The location is convenient, with easy access to the city and the Edinburgh city walk. The room was clean and comfortable — a great stay overall.

What a unique place to stay. The accommodations are very spacious, the breakfast has something for everyone & cocktails at the bar or sitting outside on the deck was fantastic! All staff very friendly and helpful. Needed decaf teabags in the room and these were swiftly provided. Good selection on the continental breakfast. Room clean and spacious. Also very quiet, a little noise as there was a connecting door (locked) to the room next door but this did not affect our stay. Would recommend, had a great stay.

What a great find in Leith. Easy parking, excellent reception and a very well decorated and appointed room. Comfortable bed. The bar at the top was very cost, well stocked with terrific views. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was in the bar area which I didn’t have - continental.

Something different with very helpful staff. Location for eating out options was excellent and the city tram was a 5 - 10 minute walk away so easy to get into the city from Leith. Even better the same tram takes you all the way to the airport and as it is near the end of the run seats and luggage storage are not a problem. The bedroom was very comfortable although a little tight for luggage storage while the bathroom was excellent and a good shower. Staff at the desk, most helpful and knowledgable and always willing to listen. A quiet place to stop for a break and not so far from the city.
