Was a great little find. Right on tram doorstep. Easy access to everything. Would highly recommend.

For festival time is was pretty reasonably priced, but some of the beds in our room were not comfortable to sleep on (you could feel the springs), and the room was not well ventilated and overheated during the night. We were at least within walking distance of a tram station, and several good places to eat.

It was not okay since there was a bed with a broken leg. Also we booked for 2 nights and we went out and put a make my room card but all they did was just take the bin out and didn’t do the bed or clean the room for us.

Nedgånget och slitet. Okej, men inte mer med renlighet. Golven trasiga i det rum vi hade. Skruvae och lister sticker upp och ut i golvet, så stor risk för att skada sig.

Draps, serviettes et salle de bain propres, mais chambre très vétuste et un peu délabrée. Et les cloisons avec les chambres d'à côté sont fines. Mais la chambre est idéalement placée à proximité des transports pour visiter Edimbourg et avec un parking gratuit très pratique.
