Sehr schönes guest house nahe am stadtzentrum

Mit viel liebe eingerichted und das Personal ist überraus zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind und das Bad sind sehr klein, bieten aber alles was es braucht. Das Frühstück wird auf Bestellung zubereited, was mich sehr überrascht hat.

Saleté alarmante

Pros: J'ai détesté cette maison d'hôtes, la crasse et le laisser aller instaurés en système de fonctionnement me répugnent.
Cons: Le ménage car l'hygiène et la propreté sont des valeurs universelles. Ici, le nettoyage est superficiel, la saleté est omniprésente, tout est négligé.
Location: Tout est accessible à pieds ou transports en commun, plage de Portobello. Edimbourg est étonnante, les collections des Musées nationaux sont épatantes
Points positifs : Maison d'hôtes facilement accessible en bus 3, 49 ou 31. On peut rejoindre à pieds le pont North Bridge pour monter dans le tramway par exemple ou explorer differents quartiers de la ville. Code d'accès permet d'ouvrir la porte vitrée, une enveloppe à votre nom contenant la clef de votre chambre et les horaires du petit déjeuner est déposée sur la console dans l'entrée. Le logement est calme. Points négatifs : La chambre et la salle de bain sont dans un état de crasse inacceptable. L'aspirateur a été passé rapidement, des miettes de biscuits crissent sous vos pas, le sol carrelé devant la cheminée en est jonché. Cheveux, catons de poussière, miettes encore en approchant vers la fenêtre. Un "tea set" est implanté, une bouilloire électrique sale, collante, eau stagnante est posée sur un plateau coloré pégueux, c'est-à-dire jamais nettoyé, les éclaboussures et autres auréoles laissées par les tasses de thé ou de café bues par les précédents clients sont estompées par les motifs chamarés du plateau.Tasses et sous-tasses empilées semblent sales. Une boîte métallique rouillée contient les dosettes de café instantané et les sachets de sucre, parfois entamés ... c'est dégoûtant. Salle de bain sale, fenêtre à guillotine est recouverte d'une fine couche de moisissures et de poussières collées à la vitre, la ventilation mecanique st obsolète, la grille d'aération recouverte d'une couche épaisse de poussière. C'est répugnant. Petit déjeuner assez médiocre.
