The hotel is in a fantastic area for the Royal Mile Princes Street and the railway station. Hotel is immaculate with friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent

Very clean, big room even compared to North American standards. Modern, quick lifts. An easy walk to the mile or bus ride. Would recommend hiring a car from waverly or the airport for luggage. Staff were kind and helpful. Great morning breakfast.

We stayed in a standard room which was more than adequate for two of us. Added bonus of bath and shower. Although our room was quiet, it was not ideal for people who are light sensitive due to lots of blue and green lights from TV and emergency lights system. Otherwise everything else was very good. Staff were friendly and welcoming. breakfast was ok and dinner in restaurant was very good.

The guy who checked us in was a bit odd, especially considering they were doing a study on how receptionists talk to clients while we were checking in. The actual hotel was nice. The room was lovely, big, the bathroom was great, bed was advertised as a king but was definitely a queen. The hotel has limited parking which we still had to pay for but at least we didn't have to walk a kilometer away for it. The hotel is located in a nice area and is close to a lot of shops and museums.

Nice hotel with good rooms and room service. Staff weren’t that friendly or present. Main problem is the room was above the local KFC so it smelled of fried chicken all weekend. Also the room was very hot and air con didn’t work so we had to open the window. This meant we were woken up by drunk people scoffing their KFC every night between around 1030pm - 2 am. Not ideal.
