Water seeped into room overnight. We could see water marks on the wall, so this had likely happened before, and we were concerned about mould exposure. Maintenance guy was prompt and polite. However the woman at the front desk denied that Expedia had contacted her for a refund. But they knew her first name and shared details from the conversation that proved they had contacted the hotel. The next day I spoke to a manager, as she had called twice. She continued to argue that Expedia had not contacted them, and started going through details of how the hotel’s complaints system works. I am a middle-aged woman and I do not have time to learn about the intricacies of Best Western’s internal systems. I doubt I am getting a refund, but I appreciate Expedia’s efforts as I think they were being honest and transparent.

Breakfast was good there was some options put iut that you pick from. The service was good and my 2 year old was treated very well. He was aloud to play his guitar and it didn't bother anyone.

This is one of our favourite hotels in Alberta. Everything is always perfect. The staff is kind, the food is great, the wifi is fast and the beds are fantastic. Cannon recommend this hotel enough.

The room was awesome. The 10 day and counting hold of $300 on my credit card is a total fail by this hotel. Highly recommend you AVOID this place unless you want the opportunity to follow up to get the hold on your credit card released 10 or more days later. NEVER AGAIN.
