Room was great- asked for more coffee and had no problems. Renovations are happening but didn’t impede our stay in any way. Pool was a bit disappointing for my kiddo but at least there was one.

In addition to the water issue, the room did not match the description I booked. It was advertised as having a king-sized bed with a pullout sofa and a fridge. There was no sofa bed, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the thermostat was not working, and the temperature in the room remained at an uncomfortable 28 degrees, we couldn't even open the window. With the hotel undergoing renovations and the staff unable to offer any solutions, I was left to request a fan myself to attempt to dry the carpet and circulate the air in the room. While I acknowledge that the staff were friendly, they were clearly unprepared and unable to resolve these problems. From my conversations with other guests, it was evident that these issues were widespread and many were equally unhappy.

The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was just recently renovated. Breakfast had a variety of options. The hotel is located between two busy highway lanes. The noise was still manageable.

We liked the convenient location of this hotel. Everything we needed to do was within a 15 minute drive or closer. The brick walls in the room were great. There was a brief domestic disturbance in the room next to me which woke me from my nap. The staff were professional about the issue when I addressed it with them. I believe the people causing the disturbance were evicted. The food was decent at the breakfast bar. An option such as turkey bacon would be an awesome addition. Everything was very clean. Room was comfortable. Staff promptly got me a bandaid when I needed one. They were great, especially William.

Location is great and the staff was friendly. One down side is that the vending machines are very expensive such as as bottled water was $6 on the main floor and $5 on my room floor.
