All over it was very nice experience staying there. Kids enjoyed their time. Nice smart TV for kids to enjoy all shows. Hot breakfast was nice but my suggestion is to add a bit more variety of vegetables.

Absolutely horrible experience. The room was insanely noisy, and I couldn’t sleep at all. When I complained, they said there was no maintenance staff to fix it. I had to check out because it was unbearable, yet they still refused to refund me. Totally unprofessional — never staying here again.

Family suite = awkward layout. View from window was of the dirty roof and lattice blocking any view. Pool was inaccessible due to broken elevator. Overall a good stay for the price, and great location. Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Our recent stay at this Best Western was not as pleasant as we hoped. The front desk and restaurant staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, which we appreciated. The high toilet in the bathroom was convenient, but the deep and narrow tub was difficult to use for shorter or plus-sized guests, and no face cloths were provided. Housekeeping refreshed the towels and bedding but did not remove used glasses or restock the in-room tea. The room lighting made it hard to sleep, and the mix of “yellow” and “bright white” bulbs created an uneven effect; choosing one consistent tone, ideally bright white, would improve comfort. One main elevator was out of service for most of our stay, and the basement elevator to the pool and fitness area was also unavailable. When we finally accessed the pool, it was very cold, and keycards occasionally stopped working, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was the highlight, offering friendly service and a nice variety of options such as scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt, back bacon, and tater tots. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping and dining. However, the property would benefit from maintenance, better housekeeping attention, and improvements to guest comfort.

Overnight for a concert. 1 elevator out of service pn the end our room was assigned. Had to go to other end to get the elevator and walk back. Rooms were decent, nothing fancy. Shower and sink were slow to drain. Had to wait to shower after friend had showered, making us later than desired. Room could use some maintenance, see photo. Did let desk know.

Was a pleasant stay however on our 2nd day our key card didn’t work so had to get that redone which was an inconvenience but was rectified. Breakfast with our stay was nice , we thought it ended early but enjoyed the little buffet breakie complimentary with our stay. The one elevator went on Fritz on day two. Parking was good and not that this is hotels fault but other guests parking in parking lot parked so close that we couldn’t get into passenger side of our vehicle on both nights we stayed and there was other empty spots for these bigger vehicles to park in. The hotel in a good location and has amenities walking distance. Very reasonably priced.
