Our room wasn’t ready 1/2 hour after the check in time. I was told that they would call me when it was ready. Waited in the lobby for 45 minutes and no phone call. Went back to front desk and said that I see you are checking other people in, is my room ready? I haven’t received a call, she replied that she has been too busy checking other people in to call me to say my room is ready. Then said it was my fault and I should’ve been in line. Worst customer service I have ever seen
