Hotel was close to a variety of restaurants and amenities-Walmart was within walking distance-and a short drive away from West Edmonton Mall. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay, including Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. The little extras like free assorted Keurig coffees on demand in the little pantry area by the lobby, as well as a lending pantry were great additions to our stay. The full size fridge produced ice so there was no need to use the ice machine near the lobby. The pool and hot tub area were spotless with a ton of towels available to use and return in the pool area.

Kitchen sink was loose, dishwasher has two cleaning capsules but they were stuck together and had to be ripped apart to use, pot lid wasn’t clean. Toilet wasn’t the cleanest and the room was set to only 19 degrees when we got there.

Bathroom floor was not very clean, the corners were dirty. I needed to ask 3 times to get toilet paper. Outside of that I had a good visit.

It was like a little apartment with full sized fridge, freezer and little stove kitchenette. Also dishes and a dishwasher. Very nice for longer term stays. Underground parking was nice so the car was snow free and warm each day. Pool and hottub were small but still nice touch. Get a small $5 discount to the West Ed waterpark. Only like 7 to 10 minutes by car away from West Ed. Walmart is conveniently right behind the hotel.

I was a bit upset at there was no staff after 11 pm and there were people on our floor and it sounded like they were fighting wiith doors slamming and yelling. The bathroom could have been clener as there was a stem thats used for drugs that i found (thank goddesses it wasn't my child.)

there’s no big issue, it’s just like the pillows are too soft and the drain cover in the bath tub will come off when you open it so you need to remove it..

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Check in was fast. The indoor parking was a big plus specially on a snowy night although it is limited but we were still able to park our truck. The room was spacious with kitchenette. Would definitely stay again.
