Staff at service desk were very accommodating. Our original room was nice but extremely hot. We had our dogs with us and they were panting. When we asked to have the heat adjusted they said they would upgrade us to a different room with air conditioning. Was a beautiful room and much cooler. Great stay

The only thing that would have improved my stay on the property was getting my Fire Stick working in the hotel's open HDMI port. Since there was no input source access to the port from the Telus remote, I ended up watching Netflix on my phone. Other than that, I had an excellent stay, and the food in the lounge was fantastic, which surprised me. The bartender was on solo duty, and when the lounge filled up, he had to call in for help. He was an excellent server, and he handled it like a pro. PPCLI

I stayed here once a few years ago and it was fine. This time the AC wasn't working and the staff didn't know how to fix it, but they brought us a fan. There was a hair in my bed, but the sheets were obviously clean, so I'm assuming it came from the person who made the bed, so I tried not to think about it too much. We were only there for one night and got in pretty late and I was too tired to care about much. My real complaint is the pillows - they're so thick I don't know how anyone can sleep on them. But the location is super convenient and the price is ok, so I'll probably stay there again, I'll just bring my own pillow next time.

Check in was smooth and the service was good. With construction around the area it was a bit difficult to get to. Rooms were a bit dated and the walls thin, where you could hear conversations from people walking out in the hallway. It's a pretty basic hotel but is fairly reasonable if you're just looking for a couple night budget stay.
