Staff was great. Very accommodating and attentive. Hotel is beautifully. Did the afternoon tea which was exceptional. Breakfast was also great. Had a drink in the lounge the last day and this broke the experience a bit. Server never came back and waited 40 mins for anyone to come. People just walked by ignoring the empty drinks. Had to go to the bar and ask for another drink and my bill.

Amazing stay, good downtown location

This hotel is beautiful, comfy and clean. The staff are all very helpful and kind. The spa and restaurant on site are amazing. The valet parking is very convenient and the staff there went above and beyond for us allowing us to leave our car after checkout. Convenient location to walk downtown & great views of the river

The Fairmont Hotel Macdonald is a beautiful hotel and the location is great! Our room was spacious and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Check in was smooth and easy. My only recommendation would be for the hotel to improve service in the lobby restaurant. We had to ask where our server was a couple of times. Otherwise I would highly recommend staying here!
