The staff were very friendly and the moon check out time was nice. Our room was clean but the air conditioning didn’t work well. The shower had next to no pressure and the curtain was stained with what looked like blood. When we let the staff know upon checkout they took pictures from my phone but didn’t really do much more.

My wife had an unfortunate accident in the lobby. She fell and seriously hurt herself. The staff were attentive and caring, helping call for an ambulance and always asking me how she was doing as she spent 24 hours in the hospital.

The staff is excellent! It was all over a good experience but the room was not well stocked. No water glasses, only one bottle of water for two guests, etc.

Enjoyed the property clean and updated. Room was fine and clean bed was great. Room temperature was fine. Only drawback was nighttime noise from somewhere sounded like someone doing laundry??? We were in 4th floor so not sure where the noise was coming from but eventually fell asleep.
