Parking was safe it seemed. There was a party happening on theain floor when we were there so the music was very loud and shaking our room on the third floor. We asked if they could do anything about it and they didn't. There are major renovations happening but made no mention of that on the Expedia site. Breakfast was basic continental style. Coffee was good. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub was closed which we had been looking forward to.

I reserved a room for three people, in Expedia: two adults and one youth, who is 14 years old. The room only had one king-sized bed. When I asked the receptionist for an extra bed or another sleeping arrangement, she denied my request, saying it was Expedia's fault for booking a room for three. They could provide us with a mattress instead, but didn't. I chatted with my Expedia app, but nothing happened. As a result, this trip was a bad experience for my family.

The hot tub was out of order and I did not receive a proper receipt ...in addition the door from the North Side of the building is not functional/openable with a room key (so you must always walk around the building from the restaurant across the parking lot)
