The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Inform the host when you leave. If you decide that you would like a late check out plan in advance and let the host know. There is a late check-out fee. Inform the host of any damageor missing items
CLOSE all windows and patio door. VERY important during Winter, the pipes along the walls will burst. If this occurs during your stay, it will be reported to VRBO and charged to the guest
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If the unit is not left in the same condition as booked, an additional charge will be withheld from the security deposit to cover cleaning fees/damage
No additional guests unless there is a booking with Vrbo. Added fee $25.00 each guest per night. Gov't ID for each additional guest is needed.
Stays over a week require an additional $65 per week, cleaners have to have access for several hours during the week.

Perfect place in the heart of everything. Plenty of places to eat around the place. Best check in ever for a lockbox entrance. Thank you, will be back for another Oiler game. Nice and close to Roger's
