Family weekend stay

Went for two nights as a family. Was a nice stay. It was insanely busy though, really couldnt even go to the pool. No gluten free options at breakfast but if you have no dietary restrictions there was a lot. Clean rooms. Good location. Really no complaints.

Hotel unprepared for busy family day weekend

Horrible two night stay. Booked a room with two beds and pull out sofa when I arrived they had given my room away and stated I could have a room with two queen beds or a room with a king bed and pullout sofa. Staff said there is no guarantee I’d get the room I booked through hotels.com I stated I wanted a refund as the room I booked was more expensive than the room they were offering. They said no I would have to call hotels.com for refund. Got up to my room to find they had given us,family of three one towel to use. Phoned downstairs they said the hotel was busy they had no more towels. Next day I asked for towels I was told to reuse the one I had then offered three hand towels. Parking was inadequate as people had to park down the block or along the road.

Decent option in St Albert

Good stay, need to improve on some small things . Pool is small, lots of use, they only provide small hand type towels and there are never enough. Ineffective .. more attention to detail like overflowing outside garbage at front door, took 24 hours to clean up.. A ridiculous feature is 4 PM check in.. And it was tough to get in early, 3 is reasonable, 4 is not..

The place was clean. The only thing that concern me was our bathroom. The shower curtain is too short to keep the water from coming out when we took a shower, the water is all over the floor😔 There was no bathroom rugs too. The drainage is too slow and the exhaust is not working either. There is no towels too in the bathroom that my husband needs to go to the frontdesk to ask for towels. I even overheard 2 other guests, that there was no towels too on their room.

Upon arrival to our room we discovered that our sheets on the bed were not clean and had hair all through it even up to the pillows. We went to the Front Desk to let them know and they had someone come right away to change them. They had no warm or hot water for the shower on both days we stayed which is frustrating and unnecessary as I’m sure they are full quite frequently and should anticipate be able to account for that.
