We acquired the house under the impression it had two queen size beds (one as a pull out in the living room) and one king size bed as well. We arrived to find that the couch was in fact a regular one and not a pull out. The ad specifically said three beds but there was only 2. The host has now fixed the listing. The pictures are DECEIVING. What you see is not what you get. The couch is a brown one now and they didn't provide a blanket or pillow for the couch person. Thankfully I had brought an extra pillow and blanket for the drive so he was able to stay warm. It's two very large pots and one small black one not pictured and the inside is chipping off and RUSTED. No can opener and I believe the toaster was gone. No condiments and open food left in cupboard. Glasses stained from wine, bowl chipped. No laundry soap or iron Towels were on the smaller sizeWalk way was pure ice and not maintained Didn't receive address or door code until I had to contact host after already check-in time. The host has offered to give us 25% back, even tho I think it should be at least 50%, but they won't go any higher than 25%.I sure hope they are able to fix all these things and then this would be a great place to stay especially since location is great. Overall communication with the host was great with quick replies.Contact support asap if this happens to you.
