The whole experience. Pool was dirty, lobby and hallways had an awful smell. Overall the room was ok. But the most important part of the room which is the bathroom was not clean. Mirror had dust on it, sink had dried toothpaste in it and on top of the shower curtain was a dried up, dirty face cloth wrap in long black hair. Disappointed and disgusted.

Room has definitely been neglected, or as they say "landlord/bandaid fixed up" ot was kind of a dump. The place was renovated in hallways bur obviously beyond that. The smell of ammonia daily was intolerable and gross. The room was advertised a queen bed, we got a double and only 1 night stand?? The room service people dont make ur bed or amything either replace sheets. Another note is paper thin walls. Wouldnt stay again.
