Saw alot if bad reviews. Turns out our rooom was great clean lots of room. Only one elevator was working at the time and the stairs are only for exiting straight outside but it wasnt a big deal was great for the price.

Both beds were disgustingly dirty. One had dried on blood and the other one was full of hair and dirty sheets, could tell had been slept on. I notified front desk and received nothing but rudeness and was told nothing could be done until the morning. The one elevator was broken and the other one would take 10-15 minutes to come to the called floor. Unable to use stairs to go up as they’re locked and have to have staff escort. The restaurant was no better. I received a glass that clearly had a red lipstick stain on it, so had not been washed properly; food was okay. The second day, I got back to my room and no housekeeping hadn’t attended to it and being told that it was in the computer from night prior. Spoke with front desk again and this time spoke with a manager and he indicated that it would be taken care of. At 12:30am, I received new bedding. Also the keys were deactivated daily but no one told anyone this and we had to find out the hard way, when we couldn’t get back into the room. This happened with every guest staying here. I was one of many that booked into this hotel for an event and out of this, no one from our group will be going back to this hotel next year. Stay away!

Very dirty and smelly, stairwells locked, only one elevator working, no a/c in common areas and most rooms, room keys dont work after 12 hours, parking lot full of weeds and trash. One young lady who worked at the front counter who was very pleasant to deal with. Probably the only positive thing about the place.

The hotel was super busy. The guy at the desk said as little as possible. One elevator was broken. My ten year old took the stairs and was locked in the corridor, the front desk person was walking through with someone else at that time and met her on the floor. Would have been nice to know, you can’t use the stairs either.

When I am checking, give me smoky room. I am request to stop and change my room. Staff is very nice. Elevator is only one work very long time waiting up and down and mostly using elevator, Banquet Hall staff and night time when I am back to my room, so many homeless people, front and main entrancesmoking, loudspeaker, my kids and not feel here and scary

I hate to say this but the stay was aweful. I had booked this property for coaching staff. The amount of homeless that was passed out in the lobby and wandering around the area was aweful. The patio door didn’t lock which made it unnerving to sleep. The other room we booked for a coach didn’t seal properly so you could see daylight into the hallway. As well, there was no room key access in the elevator so anyone could get onto the floors. I don’t think I would recommend this hotel.

The room was very spacious, and mostly clean, there was a chocolate bar wrapper on the floor by the bed and a few questionable stains on the couch. The area outside the hotel was kinda sketchy, the last day we were in the elevator and it looked like someone barfed or spit a whole bunch on the floor but it was cleaned very quickly, and there was a guy walking around the inside of the hotel asking if we had Brillo pads and if we wanted a doughnut. We rented the jacuzzi suit and were super bummed when we ran the water and it was barely warm and the jets didn’t work. We probably won’t be back but the room was good for the price point and if you just wanted to lay your head down to sleep. The area is close to a bunch of shopping but it’s not very walkable because of the traffic. The balcony was pretty cool, too bad there was nowhere to sit out there.
