Parking was $28. The hotel itself needs proper maintenance and upkeep. Curtains were stained. The office chair was totally worn. One of the pictures in the room was missing a piece of the frame.

There was no hot water at all the night of. Not even a second of hot water.. The toilet was so slow, and noisy. Took about 3 minutes to run through. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the drain handle came right off when touched. When issues were brought up to staff they didn’t seem to care. Spent $300 on one night and very dissatisfied with the stay.

Rooms are terribly “renovated” you can see the brush strokes, the base boards are filthy. The elevators could be heard all night even over the heat/ac unit. Bathroom floors were dirty and there’s no fan in the bathroom so the room gets hot and filled with steam very quickly. For the price this hotel wants to charge it’s not worth it at all.

There was a lot of confusion concerning the parking rules among the staff. One of the staffed promised we would receive free parking, but when we checked out we were charged $28 for parking and was told that it being free was incorrect. There was also no free breakfast provided. Lastly, I wish my bathroom shower closed completely. Having a half glass shower cover that didn’t slide over was a little weird. Other than that, the hotel was clean and had great amenities; especially the rooftop pool and hot tub.

I’ve stayed here before because of its location. It’s usually clean and quiet. However, almost every time I have to ask for the gift card perk and then wait for it to be written out. I haven’t received a room upgrade perk in a very long time even though I ask every time. I drove 3 hours to get here and it’s 9:30 at night so it’s irritating to wait or not receive the requested perk. It’s a Meh hotel!
