The room was clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast wasn’t what I expected. Sausage and patties were not cooked to my liking. Instead of promoting drinks to get drunk, why not a healthy drink and healthy food in the restaurant.

Parking lot was full of snow and the hotel made no attempt to deal with it. Large ruts and sidewalks were slippery so you had no choice but to walk through the large ruts of snow. The main areas are very nicely decorated and sent the appearance of a high class hotel. Rooms are dated. No room service and they don’t even answer the phone so you can order food. I went to the restaurant to order and was told by the staff that the phone died and he was going to call me back. I then informed him I called for an hour before just coming down. Over all the stay was okay, for the price you can’t really complain, except for the snow issue. Idk if I’d stay again. Probably stay somewhere that costs a little more and has a pool and clears the parking lot. Also a lot of noise outside. A lot of sirens and train noise.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the entire team. Every staff member—from the welcoming front desk clerk to the attentive dining room manager/servers. Even the Christmas dining room singer. ​The inn is in an excellent location, and the suite was surprisingly spacious and well-appointed given today’s market rates. Most importantly, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. ​A hidden gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality and comfort.
