The staff was fine. The room was okay. The parking was horrible and I can't believed that the Westin charged an EXTRA 39.90 PER NIGHT to park. I was not informed of this EXTRA charge until I checked in. Even then, I thought it was for both nights, not EACH night! I cannot believe I paid 542.62 for TWO nights at an, at best. 3 star hotel. NOTHING at this hotel impressed me enough to ever want to stay there again. Overpriced and inflated reviews. Very disappointing.

The staff was noticeably excellent. Rooms were great and the location was perfect for our needs. The parking rates however, are highway robbery. As pleased as I was with my stay, those rates will definitely have me looking elsewhere as they’re so steep compared to other lots in the area it comes across as blatant greed.

Hotel is located in a great location - lots of places to eat and things to do in the immediate area. First impressions are great - beautiful lobby, kind and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean, but looking a little tired and in need of a refresh.
