The room was nice, quiet and comfortable. The only issue was a badly broken toilet seat lid, almost half was missing. They did offer another room but no 2 beds was available so we kept the room anyway.

Service was Not PROFESSIONAL. We would not have amy water to wash our hands agter flushing the toilet. I can't walk very far and I need my two hands to help with my balance. No help with luggage, not even a cart. Terrible terrible reception. Arrival service was a nightmare. I was even told I could sleep in my truck in the parking lot since I was unable to carry my luggage up the stairs. I was then told she was just joking with me. Well, I can tell you that I did NOT find that funny at all. For $235, that eas the worst stay I have ever had in a motel. If that is not enough, there was a dog that woke us up barking three to four times through the nigjt. Expedia, it's my first Time booking through you, and it's my last time. A motel like this should be OFF your list. You want to make it right??? Reimbourse!
