Upon entering this beautiful home, you will instantly notice the vaulted ceiling and spectacular views through the large picture windows. The living room is the social hub of the home, find a seat on the couch or chairs and light a fire in the welcoming gas fireplace or relax in front of the TV.  You can also access the deck from the living area where you can sit on the outdoor furniture and barbecue on the gas grill. 

Just a few steps in, is the well-appointed kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances, brand new Quartz countertops and open living plan that adds ease and enjoyment to your special holiday. When you're ready to eat, sit at the new dining room table and enjoy a view of the area or on one of the bar stools overlooking the kitchen. If you're eating out, you'll be within walking distance to local restaurants. 

The inviting master bedroom is on the main level offering a king bed with an en suite bathroom including a jetted soaking tub, separate shower and duel sinks. Step out on the deck to find the perfect place to sip your morning coffee and breathe in the fresh mountain air. The first guest bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and is also located on the first floor along with the guest bathroom. Make your way upstairs to find the very spacious, second guest bedroom featuring two sets of  brand new twin/ full bunkbeds and cozy linen. Also, with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet.

This property is located near the Arrow Bahn Express Lift, (chair 17) with access to a community hot tub and year-round, heated pool. In the summer you can play golf, go rafting, hot air ballooning, hiking and sight seeing. Amenities include a brand new washer/dryer, underground heated parking with elevator access to the 3rd floor, and complimentary shuttle service between Arrowhead, Bachelor's Gulch and Beaver Creek.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
