Welcome to your spacious 5-bedroom wooden home nestled high in the aspens and conifers of The Ranch at Cordillera. Set on 2.25 acres across two homesites, this cozy yet luxurious retreat offers stunning mountain views and is just 2 minutes from the Mountain Golf Course Clubhouse and front gates.

All occupants must be listed on the lease and approved through our application process. Unauthorized subletting or unapproved roommate arrangements are not permitted.
