Cozy Private Studio in El Cajon
This is about a 450 sq. ft. studio with a living room, bedroom and bathroom. There are 2 TVs one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The living room has a futon which folds out into a bed and as you enter the studio you will find a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and a shelf with cups and mugs for the coffee, along with ground coffee. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and sink with a dispenser of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower. After 2 guests the 3rd gets a guest fee and visitors are not allowed due to Covid-19. The lock code that locks and unlocks the door is provided by the guest upon booking.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be close to Mount Helix Park. Laundry facilities are available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchenette and a Smart TV in the apartment.
