Incredible 4 bed/3 bath home with amazing views and stunning backyard complete with fire pit, built-in grill, pool and hot tub, and a variety of fruit trees. Private elevated deck off the master suite with wonderful sunset views. Includes workspace, formal dining room with grand piano, and an incredible home theater with 100" projector screen. Off-street and street parking. Onsite property managers live in the guest house on the property but are fully separated, ensuring your privacy.

There are 4 bedrooms: 3 upstairs and 1 on the main floor (one small step is required to access the lower bedroom). The upstairs master suite includes en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, his and hers toilet rooms, and a walk-out private deck with an amazing view. A second upstairs bedroom with a double vanity bathroom featuring a soaking tub and shower (this shower is small, please be aware). The third bedroom on the upper floor shares that bathroom and also serves as an exercise/workout room. The 4th bedroom (main floor) has an exterior door to the backyard, and an attached bathroom with shower, which is also accessible/usable by the main floor. There are patio heaters and a fire pit in the outdoor sitting areas, as well as a covered cabana with a projection tv on the lower level by the pool/hot tub. The pool has a solar heating system, making it generally usable year-round. There is a guest house next to the property which is occupied by the property manager so if you have any maintenance or personal needs, we have someone generally available 24/7 (their space is fully separated from the house, ensuring your privacy).

The house was nice and clean. Check in was easy. We got this place because the hot tub and pool. The hot tub had problems. The water was low like almost empty. We contacted the host and they said they would have it checked out and filled. That didn't happen till later in the evening. The property manager was working on it. So later in the evening we wanted to use it , water not hot. The pool was cold as well. The kids still used it , but wasn't warm Other than that everything else was fine. The only other issue we had was the host messaged us saying they got an alert that there was smoking in the house, telling us do not smoke or vape in the house or the property. The issue is we do not smoke or vape at all, never have.

Great stay from beginning to end. Communication was outstanding with both Joseph and his property manager Andre, who responded quickly to any question we had. House was beautiful inside and out with amazing backyard space and pool / hot tub. Interior was spectacular and had more than enough room to accommodate our family. Well stocked with many amenities to make it feel like home. Would definitely stay again!
