All bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort. Guests can unpack and make themselves at home, using the closet storage space. Each room is equipped with Blackout Curtains to ensure restful sleeping. Each bedroom has its own Mini-Split to allow for personalized control of your heating and air conditioning, in addition to the ceiling fan in each room.

Our El Cajon home has 3 separate full bathrooms. The master bathroom is linked to the master bedroom. Another bathroom can be shared amongst the two queen bedrooms and enjoys a full shower and bathtub. The main bathroom off the kitchen also has a full shower allowing the bedroom by the pool to enjoy their own private bathroom and feel like an additional master bedroom.

With a fully-stocked kitchen and efficient appliances, cooking at home will be a breeze. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you need. We even provide salt, pepper, cooking spray, and coffee.

The bright, airy living room is a wonderful place to gather in this spacious home. Relax SoCal style on the sectional sofa and stream your favorite shows on the 65” flat screen Smart TV. As a guest, you will have access to the entire property, including the private backyard & pool and all garage and driveway parking. There are three parking spots available: two in the driveway and one in the garage.

Neighborhood is quiet, safe and family friendly. The beach is about a 10 minute walk or short drive. Close to major highways and public trolley transportation to get you anywhere in San Diego and more!

Public Trolley Transportation is 10 minute walk away. It is a convenient and cheap way to travel around San Diego. Ubers and Lyfts also service the area.

☀ The home has an exterior Ring security camera that faces the front door entrance to ensure safety and occupancy limits are not being exceeded. It is not located inside the home. A Minut noise monitor is on the ceiling of the game room to ensure noise levels do not reach inappropriate levels that would disturb the neighbors. It does not monitor what anyone is saying. Both of these will be on during your stay.

☀ Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host, with no refund and minimum $500 fee.

13) A MINUT NOISE DECIBEL MONITOR IS LOCATED ON THE GAME ROOM CEILING. IF GUESTS ARE CREATING NOISE EQUIVALENT OR GREATER THAN 80 DB BETWEEN 10PM-10AM, WE WILL ASK YOU TO TURN DOWN THE NOISE TO APPROPRIATE LEVELS. IF NOISE LEVELS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 80 DB PERSIST, HOST RESERVES RIGHT TO CANCEL RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND AND IMMEDIATE EVICTION. WE HAVE ONE SECURITY CAMERA LOCATED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE FRONT DOOR GATE THAT FACES THE FRONT DOOR ENTRANCE. IT DOES NOT FACE INSIDE THE HOME. BOTH OF THESE WILL BE ON DURING YOUR STAY

THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 10:00 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. A Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 80 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this agreement with no refund and immediate eviction from the property.
