A modern, comfortable design and good quality mattresses! The furniture is very well chosen for its use, the kitchen is fully furnished with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, vitro, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes for 5 people, sheets and towels, a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy the surroundings, the light and clarity of the sun! , a bus and tram stop a few meters from the site!
Complete urbanization with its swimming pool, gardens with swings for children, parking space near the house and a comfortable exit to the part of the beach. It is to cross the great avenue and voila ..... a beautiful beach of approx. 14 km
It is charged for the use of the air conditioner 0. 20ct / kwhz that has to be paid in cash on the day of departure.
Very good location, very close to all shops, supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, restaurants & bars on the same promenade An extensive beach of 14km takes you to San Juan beach with several restaurants, xiringuitos, everything to enjoy of this wonderful Mediterranean sea.
Just behind the enclosure is one of the tramvia that can take you from Alicante to Denia with night service in July & August. and on the other side of the enclosure there is also a bus stop!
