El Palmeral was renovated extensively and lovingly by the owner and the typical Canarian architecture creates a relaxed atmosphere.   The house consists of 2 parts: the main house, where the living room, the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom are located, as well as an extension, which is currently used only for storage and is finished. The entire house and the terraces are available for your exclusive use. Enjoy some real privacy, the nearest neighbors are a long way away. From the main terrace you have beautiful sea views to the west.   All rooms of the house have a Canarian roof of tea wood, both the decoration and lighting have been attuned to it.   The kitchen is very well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and various electronic appliances. From large dining table you can see the ocean through the large kitchen window.   The small bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a Bidget. The wash basin and large sink and mirror provides ample space for your belongings and towels.   The wooden floor in the living room gives the room a special charm, Canarian wooden windows and niches give the room a natural light source. Together with indirect lighting creates a romantic atmosphere for cozy hours together. 2 sofas, a TV and a DVD / CD system round off the equipment. On cooler days 2 heaters can be provided.   The bedrooms have wooden floors, in the small bedroom there is a small seating area in the window recess. Here you can dine even read a book and soak up the sun's rays.

Casa El Palmeral is a very well maintained villa in typical Canarian style. The name El Palmeral has the house by its 3 Palms. These palm trees, in combination with a large sun terrace in front of the house for a unique holiday mood. The rustling of the palm trees and the clear view of the open sea invite you to a leisurely day on the terrace. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset and finish the day with a glass of wine.   The house is located in Aguatavar, a district of Tijarafe. In the immediate vicinity is the restaurant La Muralla, a beautiful view local. From there you have a wonderful view over the west coast. Within 5 minutes you are in the main village of Tijarafe. Tijarafe is a small tranquil town with about 3000 inhabitants. There is a supermarket and a pizzeria is they can comfortably enjoy the evening.   Several hiking trails, including the Camino Real GR130, perform Tijarafe and from there towards Tazacorte or Punta Gorda. Very nice is also the hike to Schmugglerbucht / Prois, below Tijarafe. Punta Gorda can be reached within 10 minutes. Featuring a peaceful village there are several typical restaurants. On weekends there is market. Then you can buy local produce and local artists present their works.
