This property has gone significantly downhill. The room was dirty, damaged and dated. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced. Trash all over the outside areas- didn’t seem like anyone cared. Didn’t receive any of the perks for gold membership, as advertised. This motel has become overflow housing for the base- so if that doesn’t describe your stay, I would avoid this place. Otherwise, you are dealing with staying up late while they drink and party, getting up at 0500 while they slam doors and stomp above you in their heavy boots and stepping over empty cases of beer, energy drinks, zip ties (?!) and other “party supplies” in all common areas. Nothing against the military; I wouldn’t want to pay $$ to stay in a dorm room either. Breakfast was folders coffee and extremely limited and unappealing options. We passed on that. Parking was free if you were among the lucky to find a spot- couldn’t use the handicapped parking or any sidewalks - due to all the trucks backed in and completely blocking them with large hitches - grandma was unable to use her walker or move around the property. We only come to El Paso to visit grandma, so we will have to find a better option. Do Not recommend this place!

The room was great. We loved our stay. We have traveled to El Paso repeatedly and this place has become our go-to for staying. Only thing missing this time around was a complimentary bottle of wine as advertised, but everything else was great.
