Nicely decorated and very comfortable, it is ideal for 3 people, families, couples and business trips, as it has 300mb Wifi Internet fibre. A few minutes walk from the beach and very well connected to the motorway, this property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.

It is ideal for families, couples and business trips as it can accommodate up to 3 people, with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped independent kitchen, living-dining room, a large terrace, 300mb fibre Wifi Internet, lift and private parking on the premises. With the beach of La Nea and the marina of Radazul just a few minutes from the house, you can disconnect by taking a nice walk and a swim in the area where there is always a good climate. It is situated in a residential area, strategically located to get to know the rest of the island.

The house has a fully equipped independent kitchen, a pleasant living room, a large terrace with sea views where you can sunbathe or have breakfast, fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron, sheets and shower towels, travel cot, Internet, lift and parking space.
