Room & bathroom very small compared to other Hampton by Hilton's that we have stayed in. Reception/breakfast area very bland, austere & unwelcoming. Could do with a few planters to provide colour & softness. Staff very friendly & welcoming.

The room was great. I wish all hotels could learn from the shower cubicle here! The taps weren’t under the shower so you freeze while setting it, a rain shower and a hand held shower head, plenty of space! Bed and pillows were very comfortable and despite being near the airport, I hardly heard the planes! Breakfast choices were very good. There are cafes and bars in the district and an American diner in the garage next door. Shame there wasn’t any food options at the hotel, but not a problem. Only one minor issue when the small table in the room collapsed when I put my computer on it. Luckily I caught it and more so that I hadn’t put my coffee on it.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels around Europe, Asia and Africa and this hotel is one of the cleanest Airport Hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are top rated. The cost is so cheap for my stay for such a quality clean pleasant place, which also include free breakfast. When I checked in at night, the staff is NOT SO friendly until I read the sign to her on their wall saying something about smiling. Staff on day upon check out is helpful and friendly. Bus goes to the airport every hour but a few minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, place is pristine and room is top-notch.

A lovely clean, modern room with a great shower and fantastic view of the aircraft taking off from Alicante airport (if you hadn’t already guessed I’m a plane spotter 😁). The reception staff were very helpful, they welcomed me with a smile and were happy to chat which was nice. I’d highly recommend staying here if you need somewhere close to the airport or if like me you’re looking for somewhere to base yourself for 24 hrs to get some much needed Sun! ☀️ I used Uber to get around and found the cost reasonable, and just 3-4 minutes away by Uber is a lovely quiet beach at Playa L'Altet-Elx Platja de L'Altet with a few nice restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended!

Six minutes from the airport by taxi for €10. The welcome was friendly. The hotel is clean and tidy and the bar area is comfortable. Great choice for breakfast with a check out time of 12.00 noon we never felt rushed after a long day of travel.

A very smooth, very late check in after arriving at Alicante airport and quickly getting a taxi to the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable with fabulous pillows and quilt. Great shower with nice toiletries. Breakfast was lovely - lots of choice even for us vegans!

At first the garage door would only open half way. When we went to the room the key wouldn't work so went to reception and they gave us another key. Entered the room and the lights didn't work. Turned the torch on my phone on and the bed had been slept in. Went back reception and they gave us another room. Went down to the garage to get something from the car, got back in the elevator and the power went off - stuck in the elevator. Not a great start.
