We had a very subpar experience at this hotel. We paid over $350 for no working AC, a view we didn’t request and very little effort that was made to rectify the broken AC. We brought up that our AC wasn’t working four separate times and all we received as compensation was them waiving a $35 fee. We never once heard the fan come on and you could feel the difference in temperatures from our room to the hallway and it felt like a meat locker in the hall. Considering we had to drive nine hours to get home the next day, we were really needing a good night’s rest and neither of us were able to get that in a hot room. More could’ve been done for us and we are very upset with our experience considering how much we paid. We expected more.
