Inside the cottage, you'll be met with a bright interior blanketed with natural light. Rest on the plush sofa to stream a movie on the large TV or curl up with a good book by the electric fireplace. Serve brunch or cocktails on the expansive deck, a perfect place to chat and relax while enjoying the breathtaking panoramic view. Whip up delicious delights in the galley-style kitchen, with cupboards painted a cheerful ocean blue. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
