The room was freezing even with the heater on it took all night to warm up. The best thing about the room was the hot water lasted a good while, i was able to enjoy a nice long shower. The " continental breakfast" was severely overrated. Stale bread, stale and soggy english muffins, the butter was rock hard a mountian of cream cheese but nothing to put it on. The waffle maker made undercooked waffles and i even barely put any waffle mix into it. The syrup was cold and took forever to pour from the spigot. 3 yogurts total, not flavors, in the fridge. A half full gallon of milk with no cereal. The only thing halfwas decent was the juice machine that poured the concentrated liquid into a tiny cup made available. They had some things you could purchase in addition but who wants to pay their prices when there is a convenient store next door.

Spotless room. Have to go through a seemingly maze to get to room, but I guess a person gets their steps in. Love the town of Ellensburggreat eating at dominoes. Took in a winter band concert at Morgan MiddleSchool before Christmas—what a musical delight

Easy parking. Check in the front desk gal didn't talk to us other then getting our card for payment. Didn't tell us if there was a complimentary breakfast. Asked about indoor pool was told closed for season. She gave us our room keys. Didn't tell us where or how to get to our room. Room was okay but was cold as the heater was turned completely off. Took abit to warm room up.No coffeemaker in room. Had freezing rain one night no ice melt spread or any attempt to keep the walkways from being slick

The room was dirty dirty like it had not been vacumed in month's. No coffee in the room the coffee was in lobby only and it tated like it had been thier all night. Breakfast was only waffle . Staff acted like it was a chore to be thier. It you don't want to be thier then get a different job

Front desk person was personable and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was VERY cold, with an ineffective heater, there was no TV service available, and outside lighting in the front of the building was practically nonexistent. It was difficult to even see the driveway into the parking lot. Definitely not the quality I’ve become accustomed to from Red Lion.

Room was dingy, old, badly in need of a fresh coat of paint. Barking dog in the room next door and fighting guests across the hall. Smelled if cigarettes. I walked straight out and returned my key. They said they would refund my room but did not.
