All staff were helpful and professional. Price was a little high even for memorial day weekend. But the staff and service were superb.

Beautiful room. Okay stay. The breakfast disappointed. The breakfast server looked angry for being there, breakfast sandwiches hard and cold and not much food left or restocked over an hour before it was over. Had to ask for coffee creamer. Hampton is much friendlier and well stocked breakfast so is Holiday Inn. We had fire alarms testing going off at the end of our stay very loud and were never warned about it. Not sure if I would choose again over Hampton or Holiday Inn.

The property was modern and clean. Breakfast was good for a family/kids. The “pull out couch” was AWFUL! It pulled out to a flat surface without any cushioning or a mattress. It was just as hard as sleeping on the ground. I do not recommend anyone consider sleeping on it. We were there for a weekend baseball tournament (along with many other families) and the hotel booked a private event so no one was able to access the lobby seating and the restaurant from 5pm to midnight on a Saturday. Super disappointing and inconvenient.

We liked the 1 br suite. The grandchild loved the "shacuzzi" and pool. The great great granny liked the comfy bed and separation from the ruckus. A dinette table and chairs would have been nice for meals brought back to the room. We could have cooked in the room, but didn't. We were on a quick getaway.

I was put in a room overlooking the roof, not that there's much to look at. I was also in a room next to the elevator. The ice machine on the 2nd floor does not work. The free breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. I saw the cook? used his bare hands to place the quiche in the hot plate after his tongs didnt work. Pretty gross! I did not eat any. The staff was very friendly, though I rarely encountered them. The hotel is very clean. I dont believe I'll stay at this particular hotel again.

Enjoyed our stay here.

On our way back from Seattle. Ellensburg was our halfway point, so we decided to spend the night here. Price was good, they had the Toys for Tots event going on, so the place was packed, the bar and entertainment area was packed, and we got to enjoy the hot tub and pool (loved it). Did not like that we had to have cash for alcohol at the front desk. We got the queen bed with a kitchenette. I didn't know this was an option here.

This property is close to the highway which makes it convenient. The rooms are large, well-appointed and very clean. The room layout was thoughtful and comfortable making this a very good choice for guests who will stay for several days. An added bonus are the two gas bbq grills that are accessible to all guests.
