Relax in our newly remodeled chalet near the fireplace and enjoy walking only a 1/2 mile to the village. Our chalet is perfect for hosting 3-4 families, business travelers, 4 couples with each having the privacy of their own room. 25 year old min renter age and 10 guests maximum. Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Full, and 2 Twins. 100% refund within 48 hours of booking. All wheel drive and/or snow tires recommended in winter (steep driveway).

Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text, phone, and in person.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood just behind the village of Ellicottville. There are also 6+ state parks within 10 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, Ninja coffee maker, and French press. We have three TVs, a foosball table, dart board, board games, cornhole & giant Jenga in outdoor tote on deck.
