Unbeatable location in a 4 unit building in the center of town. Affordable, unique retreat in a building full of character that is clean and comfy. Surrounded by shopping boutiques, bars, and restaurants across the street, but plenty of nature with the creek and shared backyard space. Layout and overall size have been provided in photos. You'll have access to the entire apartment. Some areas are shared spaces, like the parking lot and any outdoor space, but the unit itself is private. Left of the hose is staircase to 2nd floor unit is left door.

Once you park on-site town is right there no car needed. Holimont and Holiday Valley are both 3 minutes away by car with parking there.
