The Room was a disapointment, online the Room Amenities said there was a deep soaking Bathtub (very dissapointed, one of the main reasons we chose this room, and there was no Bathtub only a stand up shower. Also the shower head could not be used hanging on the wall. When we would hang it up, the water would spray all over the bathroom therefore We had to hold the shower head while we took our shower. Also the TV only had two channels that worked. And they kept freezing and were barely on. To the point we just shut the tv off. And watched tv on our phones. Definitely wasnt worth the price and was unable to have a relaxing night...

Reserved 4 rooms. The hotel charged my card for all 4 rooms the morning of our reservation. 3 rooms were paid for with the cards of the room occupants when we arrived in the afternoon. the hotel charged my card for 6 rooms total. I have not received any corrections yet.

I dont usually write reviews but this time I have to because one day somebody is going to need it . I stayed october 28th,.. my flight was delayed and I could not be on time at Elmira so I arrived 6 am in the morning at this time I lost my reservation too but I called the hotel and I dont remenber the name of a woman who got my call , I explained everything and she said come I will help you ..i was up all night it was cold .. and she was an angel I hope she gets this message .. she helped me and gave me the best service , experience ever .. sometimes somewhere we find angels ... I found one.
