Fix the heavy industrial door closer!!!

Hotel itself was beautiful when you walk inside. We were in the adjoining building across the walkway. Kinda felt like that part of the hotel is forgotten about in a way - not very clean when you first walk in. We had a room right inside the large heavy metal door, all night the door slammed as people entered and exited our side of the building, resulting in no sleep. We brought it up to the front desk where the gentleman said "I put a sign to be mindful". The room itself was pretty clean on the surface but needs a good deep cleaning. Stay was decent besides the room location and being woken up all throughout the night. If they could get the door to not slam shut the room would be so much better!

Great choice to stay at the Radisson in Corning, NY. Check in receptionist was engaging and efficient. Within one block of the main hub of downtown with wonderful selections of dining, shopping, arts, and culture. There is a real good live band. And, there is a top celebrity in the building somewhere. The place is as clean as a whistle. My room is quiet. What more could I ask for?!

Great check in! The staff were very accommodating to our early arrival. Room is spacious but the shower could be a little cleaner. There a shoe print and hair in the shower.

I would like to know what decides if you stay in the main hotel or yhe annex building behind the hotel. We stayed in the annex building. Room eas nice, clean and big. However our door would stick and had a hard time entering. The shower doors did not stay closed.
