Great hotel and staff!

The hotel and staff were exceptional! When checking in to our room, we noticed a few small ants in our bathroom. We took care of them ourselves and were not worried because there were so few. We went on our way to enjoy the Corning Glass Fest right on Market Street for the day. When we returned, we found that more ants had made their way into the bathroom. We went to the front desk and kindly just asked them if they could send someone up to spray. We went to the hotel bar for about an hour and when we returned to our room there were no more signs of ants or any odor from spraying. They took care of the small problem right away and took $20 off of our stay, which we did not ask for. This small issue in no way affected our stay and we look forward to staying at this Radisson again in the future!

The pillows are all appropriate for side or back sleepers, not for stomach sleepers. I would recommend bringing your own pillow if this is a concern. Room was clean, staff was great. No notes otherwise!!!

Perfect location. Excellent staff- ESPECIALLY restaurant/bar. Suzie was fantastic and John was amazing. Food good! Found a few things about building need repair- leaky windows, some painting, and our door lock gave us a frequent problem. Staff got onto it best they could. We could not see out Half our window; covered with condensation and filth from something we couldn’t quite determine. LOVED shower and water pressure - although rubber stickers on tub floor would be nice. Beds and linens excellent! Would stay again without question!
