Payed for room with Expedia ahead of time they had no record of my reservation, had to wait wasnt sure if we had to drive all the way home. Finally they gave us a room and said that they upgraded my room to a suite that isnt true because thats exactly what i payed for. After all the bs at check in it was really not worth anywhere near the 300ish for 1 night i payed. The shower head is mounted directly above you on the ceiling with terrible water pressure i dont know how anyone could get clean and the rest of the room was very underwhelming. The parking was also full and we had to park in municipal parking away from the hotel in the pay to park area. I cant say i would stay again or book with Expedia after this experience.

Our stay was great! As soon as we arrived the staff was very helpful in our check in progress and be quick and efficient with hotel information. We did have some trouble finding parking in the front of the hotel but the staff informed us there is a back parking lot we can use which was great. Our room was really clean, organized and spacious. During our stay we also were need a microwave to heat up our dogs food and the staff was very helpful in making sure we had a microwave in our room. During our stay we also visited the gym and it had more equipment than we expected , a tv that we can change the channels on and a water dispenser. It was really clean and organized.

Hotel was great. We visited the pool. The temperature of the water was perfect. Only issue with this hotel was the food at the restaurant. I ordered a plain Caesar salad. The romaine was wilted and not fresh at all. A little upset they served it in the first place. I took it back and they refunded my money. We went to the pizzeria in the shops next to the hotel. Not only was their Caesar salad cheaper, it also came with chicken and freshly made bread. Skip the food at the hotel and explore other options within walking distance at the hotel.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great!! It was in walkable distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The complaints would be it was noisy and the parking was challenging!

Our room was by the elevator off of the 2nd floor. It was so noisey. There was a n event on the inside of the hotel and we didn't sleep at all as you could hear anyone talking right ohtside the door. All the room doors slam shut constantly. So between the loud voices and constant door banging we didn't sleep for 2 nights. The only thing good about it was the location as it was right in the center of everywhere we had planned on going.
