Wash off sand and salt water at beach shower before coming back to condo from beach. No date changes after 30 days of checkin, except approved. NO 🚭
Do not arrive at condo before 4:00PM check in time. Leave condo in order by 11:00 AM checkout. Lost/damaged keys or parking pass $50fee each.
Read checkout instructions on refrigerator. Set AC to 74 in Summer and 68 in Winter. Return 2 parking passes and keys to original locations.

This was our 3rd year staying at Belinda's condo. Obviously we are very happy with it. Belinda has always been a great host! The condo has everything you need, a great location, and a sneaky beach view from the back deck. Beach isn't very crowded either.

Beach Therapy vacay

We loved our stay at Beach Therapy. It was immaculate and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay! The back porch was an excellent spot for reading/morning quiet. We enjoyed ocean visits, and delicious seafood with spots recommended by Belinda! The resort was quiet and we enjoyed the pool! We will be back!

The condo is really clean and comfortable. There were board games and puzzle for the kids and even sand toys. The beds, couch and chairs are comfortable. It is a short walk down a board walkway to the beach. Drinking coffee and seeing the ocean on the back balcony area was also nice.

Beautiful Home

The property is beautiful and very comfortable. If i had one complaint or suggestion it would be to have cable in the living room so all could visit and watch together instead of having to go to separate rooms. We were never able to get our streaming service to connect which would have not mattered if it didn't rain so much. Overall we were very pleased and satisfied with our stay. Belinda was super quick with responses too. Have a blessed day!

Easy check in, views of ocean and sound were misleading, not a good view at all, stairs were a little hard to climb for 4 older ladies, shower head in hall bathroom kept falling apart,dryer not working good, took 3 runs to get clothes dry

The 2nd floor condo is offset from the building in front so you have a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo is spacious, the layout is open and it gives you plenty of room. Two bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with two single beds. It’s an easy walk along a boardwalk path to the beach and you also have access to a pool shared among 7 or so buildings. One note, there is no hot tub even though it says that on the listing. Belinda is very responsive and helped us through a water issue external from the building that shut our water supply off. She helped get that fixed and all was ok within a day. Overall the location is good, the condo is nice and Belinda is a helpful host. I would recommend staying here.

Clean and convenient!

We loved staying here with our two small children. Beach access was so convenient and the condo was clean and well stocked. It’s also 15 minutes from the aquarium that we utilized on a rainy day. Thank you!

Beautiful condo and view of the ocean

Sisters and mom have been staying here for the past 3 years and this place always meets our expectations!! Fully equipped with everything you need and more. Just one small thing that needs to be addressed, the shower has mildew and soap scum. This will not affect us from coming back, we are already booked for next year.
