Our custom, spacious home is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, offering a serene private oasis just minutes from everything Emerald Isle has to offer. With a long driveway providing ample parking and a fully fenced backyard perfect for your dogs, CasaVerde is designed for families, friends, and four-legged guests to relax and enjoy.

Step outside to the newly updated multi-level deck, complete with a gas fire pit, lounge seating, and dining space—perfect for entertaining or unwinding under the stars. The screened-in porch with hot tub provides another private retreat to relax after a day of adventure.

CasaVerde is just a 3-minute walk through the neighborhood to a public beach access (no busy roads to cross!). Located in Emerald Isle’s town center, you’re within easy reach of bars, restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, mini golf, go-karting, a water park, two grocery stores, and Bogue Inlet Pier. Bring your bikes and explore the town on the bike path that stretches the length of Emerald Isle.

After a day at the beach, challenge the family to a game of pool in the game room, soak in the hot tub, or gather around the outdoor fire pit for evening relaxation. For day trips, explore nearby Swansboro, Morehead City, or Beaufort, or enjoy nature at Hammocks Beach State Park, the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon, or Emerald Isle Woods Park with hiking trails and disc golf—just 1.5 miles away.

The luxurious primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, soaking tub, dual-shower luxury bathroom, and direct access to the screened-in porch with hot tub. The second bedroom accommodates four with two queen beds and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom sleeps up to five with full-over-full bunk beds, a single trundle, and a smart TV—perfect for kids or extended families.

Additional amenities include: a fully fenced backyard, outdoor dining space, gas fireplace in the living room, firepit, screened-in porch with hot tub, game room, cornhole and beach games, grill, and beach wagon.

We had such a relaxing enjoyable stay here - the place is incredible. Exactly as described, and the outdoor space was really perfect; great layout, really quiet, and also private — but also central to everything in Emerald Isle. Walking distance to beach, fenced yard for the pups, and access to the bike path were all 10/10. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The property is beautiful and well kept. The yard and deck were large and they had a lot of hooks to hang items and hoses outside. We took our dog and the backyard is fenced in which was wonderful.Check in and check out were seamless.The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large to accommodate. The bathrooms were clean and had lots of storage space.The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked.The walk to the beach was short or you could walk or drive to a nearby parking area if you couldn't do a lot of steps to get to the beach.I would highly recommend this property to rent.

The house was even better than the listing describes. There were really nice upgrades to fixtures and stylish yet comfortable furniture throughout. The hot tub was so great right off the master bedroom and that walk in shower was divine. The backyard fire pit was so nice and its a 3 minute walk to the beach. Really great home and even though there were only 2 of us, there was more than enough room for 2 families.

Wonderful!

We wanted a place to celebrate thanksgiving near the Military base with our whole family and dogs. The kitchen is beautiful with all the equipment needed for special family meals. The dogs loved the fensed back yard and hang out area. The hot tub was a hit, it is in a screened in pourch, so the kids enjoyed warming up after a rain storm caught them on the beach.they also enjoyed the game room - staying up late without disturbing us.

Quiet Beach Home

We loved the house and especially the fenced in backyard for our dog, as well as the fire pit and the screened in porch with the hot tub. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us. The only downer was that the public beach access was closed because of repairs, so we had to drive to the pier in order for us to enjoy a day at the beach. Very clean and beautiful place to stay in Emerald Isle.

Lovely house near the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious house in a quiet neighborhood, with only an easy 5-minute walk to the beach. A perfect home away from home

This was our first family vacation with our 3 children and doggie and we immediately felt at home here! Loved the location - everything is so conveniently close by and yet we weren't in the middle of it all. Everything in the home is so well thought out, including the entire layout, and extremely clean. I especially loved the bathroom ensuite! The screened in hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit made it even more special. The kids loved the game room and got to hone in on their pool table skills! The beach is a hop, skip, jump away and lovely! Our doggie also felt safe and was so happy. We loved our stay there and could not have chosen a more perfect home away from home.

Truly the best stay at CasaVerde! We traveled with a group of 8 and had the best week. This was by far the cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed in. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and very centrally located. Would also recommend renting a shibumi shade from sharisshade if you visit it was a lifesaver! 10/10 stay. Recently stayed at Casa Verde and it was great. The home was well suited for me, my wife, my two kids and their friends, and my two dogs. The home sits at the end of a quiet culdesac and the 5 minute walk to the beach access is easy. Casa Verde is close to everything you might need and the property manager is very responsive. Overall, I thought the place was great and would recommend staying.

Enjoyed the back decks, fenced yard, screened porch with hot tub, just off the primary bedroom, luxurious primary bath with huge shower made the stay extra special. House was very clean & fully equipped. Also had a pool table. Easy walk to the beach.
